While we've kept things minimal so far to pass city inspections, Teresa's design vision is already shining through. She took the time to understand my ideas and created a plan that works within my budget and the city's guidelines. The work completed so far looks fantastic--Teresa has an incredible eye for detail, and you can tell she really cares about the final outcome. We're still in the process of completing the project, but I'm already excited to see how it evolves into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. Teresa has been great at keeping me updated, and her team has been professional and efficient throughout. If you're looking for a talented, thoughtful landscape designer, I highly recommend Teresa and Valorez Design Studio. I can't wait to see the finished product!

I showed her around the grounds and gave her a copy of a tentative outline that we could potentially work from. She was uninterested, lacking any enthusiasm and completely devoid of any signs of creativity as far as i could tell. I felt insulted that a Thumbtack recommended company would send out this type amateurish person to take up my time and energy and frankly, i felt like billing them for my wasted time as she drove away. My wife was present throughout and had much the same assessment.

I had a specific design in mind for my front landscape area that I created using ChatGPT. After…read moreputting out a request for landscapers, Roberto's Lawn Care reached out. From the start, Roberto really listened to what I wanted. I shared photos of the design I was going for, including my preference for agave and succulent-style plants, and he did an exceptional job sourcing and selecting the perfect ones. He started on a Wednesday and had everything completed by Friday. His labor costs were very fair, and the quality of work truly exceeded my expectations. I was initially a bit hesitant since there were no prior reviews, but I'm so glad I gave him a chance--he absolutely delivered. The finished project looks incredible during the day, but what really impressed me was how beautiful it looks at night with the lighting. It completely transformed the space. I would definitely recommend Roberto's Lawn Care to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping work.

The concrete under the front pavers for support cracked upon first use And NOW I have notices from the city for the whole project being out of code. Once again, they have completely ghosted us, and we are stuck sorting through this on our own at the moment . If the owner wants to reach out to me, just look at your texts. Once this is fixed, I will switch my review. Heading to other platforms to post there as well. Seriously, you guys got our money and left us with a project that is going to be more expensive than you guys putting it in in the first place
