The only downside is that it can be very crowded later in the mornings during peak season weekends, so sometimes we skip the long lines and go down to Road Hog for breakfast, but most of the time, we do fine there! I ordered the ground bison Smothered Steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy and green beans. Both dishes were very good and everything was all fresh made.
