This review is actually for their other restaurant, Kirchner's Stubli, which does not have a listing, but is where you can enjoy the fondue. I was happy to learn that they (temporarily) had gluten free bread, but I guess that was only for the World Cup of cross-country skiing that was in Davos when we were. I hope they will offer it all the time to accommodate people with allergies. But even without, I found the cheese fondue with just vegetables for dipping to be fine for my gluten allergy.
