Bought a civic for myself from another dealership due to getting a discount through my job. Had a breakdown and had it towed to Jasper Honda. Service didn't even inspect the car... just told me it was "out of gas"... even though my car said 44 miles to empty. I was told that was "just an estimate" (aka stupid female) and they put 5 gallons of gas in it & sent me on my way. Same thing happened 4-5 days later. Thankfully I was near home & didn't have it towed to the dealership. Fast forward 2 years and Honda issued a recall for my car due to a faulty engine fuel "propeller". Had recall fixed. I traded in my daughter's civic AND my civic to buy a new Honda Pilot. Tyler was my salesman and he was AWESOME! No bs, no haggling, he made it the best, easiest, and most satisfying purchase ever. So, even if you have a not so great experience with service, don't hesitate to use Tyler for a purchase. Not all of the employees are less than stellar. I can guarantee you Tyler will make it your best purchase ever!! AND if there is an issue, he will make it right!

We were on a family vacation trip when our F-150 had a major malfunction. We limped into Bill…read morePenney Ford in despair over what was certain to be a horrible situation. We were met by the sales manager, Edin Begovic, who asked what our issues were, and then asked if we might be interested in trading in and buying one of the models they had left from 2023. I said we might, but needed to weigh all our options first. At that point I met Ben, one of the service managers, who was quick to pinpoint the likely problem, which was one or both of the turbos. He went over potential costs of each and left us to decide what route we wanted to take. Then we met with a salesman, Jacob Price, who showed us the current models we were interested in, and went over the numbers on a trade in/purchase. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone to take any specific route to our solution. This was so appreciated. They could tell we were stressed out about everything, and sincerely seemed like they only wanted to help us, whatever we decided. After crunching some numbers, we decided to have our truck repaired, and the repair bill was only $31 away from what Ben had quoted us. I was amazed. Further amazing, they could get all the parts next day, and the truck would be fixed that day. It gets better. Since we had no transportation, they gave us a brand new vehicle to use for the night, as we had 4 of us total, luggage and all. This was at no charge! They simply asked us to keep the vehicle clean and don't leave town. So, we ended up getting a hotel room for the night and came back to get our repaired truck the next day. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and how relaxed they made everything for us, and truly went above and beyond for people they may never see again, since we are from Florida and was just passing through. One of the salesmen even gave up some of his flavored creamer that was his private stash to us, knowing how stressed we were about everything. This dealership deserves your business. And when we are in the market to purchase new, you can bet we will be shopping here.

After driving 2 hours, we arrived at the dealer and said they couldn't honor the price we agreed upon that it was $65,000 now. So after I began to walk out the door, they brought the price down to 63,000. I still wasn't satisfied they didn't honor the price we agreed upon and went home. Then they decided to bring the price of the truck down to $61,000. This dealer was just trying to pocket the rebates Dodge was giving them. Highly wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
