The job was supposed to take one day but his ladder wasn't tall enough & ground wet so he came back to finish. After that he said if the birds come back, call him and he'll fix it. Attached is a list of times he was a no call/no show until I reached out to him. I was very patient. Him & his secretary started lying about different aspects of the situation and then stopped replying to me all-together. I said I just wanted it fixed since $580 is a huge amount of money for me but the solutions up until then didn't work so I gave in to paying to get it fixed. None of his excuses make sense - he even said I need an exterminator which is irrelevant. He said he didn't show because it was raining but that only accounted for a few of the times, not the entire list shown below. Then he said he didn't work on holidays after he told me he would come on Columbus day & that the holiday was not a problem; that morning he said he forgot he had to watch his kids and he would be here in the afternoon - of course, he never showed up. This is a property services company that doesn't keep its word, doesn't care about finishing the job they started and has absolutely horrible customer service. No empathy for the disabled. I just wanted the job done so I said I didn't want to have to contact BBB/ leave a yelp review - I gave him notice so it could be resolved amicably - instead he said if I threatened him, he would not come back. In no way is alerting him a threat! It was an olive branch. Him and his secretary kept saying they would schedule time to come out and never did. Despicable people. He also said he would drop off the invoice copy to my home and never did. I have a photo but he did not do all the work originally listed so the $780 isn't correct but also NOT not a discount. Now I need to pay someone else to fix it. During recovery from 3 major neuro surgeries, this stress/deception is the last thing I need. Stay far away from them.

I contacted Chazz brother in June because we were unable to find a reliable lawn service person. We'd run out of luck using Angie's - we went through 3 lawn persons. And for $84 a mow - yeah, no. Chazz brother said he'd be over to mow our lawn, but was busy in Goshen. He'd be here by 7PM. 7PM came and went. I called him AGAIN the next day. "My lawn mower is down but I'll come and over it once it's repaired." Two days still no show, no call. Called his brother Chazz this time. "I'll give my brother your message." Sound of silence. IDK why these "businessmen" are bombing Nextdoor Montgomery with offers of yard work and junk haulage when they can't be bothered to call a POTENTIAL PAYING CLIENT back. Or at the very least tell the client they cannot do the work. Don't bother responding to their spammage posts on Nextdoor Montgomery. Time to let the market decide and have this "small business" fail.

The charges were insane and fraudulent. I was quoted over $3000 for seasonal snow removal. I ended up paying $400 for the entire winter with a reputable service provider. I would not ever use this company unless you want to be taken advantage of.
