This moron 'lawyer' got me a felony charge on an extremely simple case I was innocent in about…read more15-20 years ago. 55 people were indicted on insurance fraud charges. Most of the people involved were innocent. Me and 2 codefendants had Ferzola as a lawyer. He essentially used me as a sacrificial lamb and scapegoat. whilst making a deal w the D/a to give the 2 codefendants a minor charge of misdemeanor. The majority of the 55 people took this case to trial. All of them had all charges dropped except 3 people who were guilty. After being coerced to not go to trial and accept the felony charge, Ferzola assured me that the only possible way this charge would effect me is if I applied for a NYC city job. I trusted him, never sought a city job. I'm and entrepreneur, businessman, and run my own company. This old, baseless felony charge has continuously presented an obstacle for me and my business. To get licenses, certifications, approvals etc, there's frequently a struggle due to this bs felony charge he had me accept over 15 years ago. I would advise to look elsewhere and hire a lawyer from a different firm. Stay away. Do not use these 'lawyers.' They are more than likely to get one over on you. "Ferzola knows who I am.
