Rosanna is a therapist who inspires me to be a better person. She's the personal cheerleader I…read morenever knew I needed. She's helping me unlock the abundance of power and joy I have as a queer mixed-race woman. She's listened patiently and walked me through experiences that didn't sit right with me. Together we're uncovering my coping mechanisms, finding ways to heal from the traumas that caused them, and allow my new strength to empower me. She's been a low-key executive coach inspiring me to excel at my career and tap into my inner-confidence that's been dormant for far too long. Even over our video call sessions during quarantine, I sense her grounded and calming presence which has been so valuable during these turbulent moments. Rosanna's impact extends outside our sessions as I'm constantly using techniques she's taught me to be present with myself and actualize my full beautiful potential. If you're on the fence, hit up that free phone consultation -- personally after those 20 minutes I knew I wanted Rosanna as a guiding voice in my next chapter.

As a therapist in training, I was so curious about her and her journey that I gave her a call. That was a life-changing decision because now she's my mentor! She roots me on, sees my power and strength, and challenges me in the most loving way possible. She has guided me in understanding and empowering me to channel my most authentic self and as an Asian-American womxn in this white, patriarchal society. Her teachings stem not only from her inner wisdom but also from her personal experience and actions. She definitely practices what she preaches. She is living proof of inner strength, power, and love. Her heart and soul is so real, genuine, authentic, that I can feel my own heart and soul wanting to break through all its layers just so it can be with her. She truly brings the best out of me. She is an incredible role model to me, one that I wish all young Asian-American girls can experience. When I spend time with her, I leave feeling an energetic shift, like something inside of me is either rising to the surface, being healed, being seen, or being loved. Rose is a beautiful human being and a powerful healer. Words in this review cannot capture her impact on my life. You'll just have to experience her for yourself! ;)

She embodies a pure quality of non-judgment and curiosity that has made us feel supported to explore the complexity and nuances of our individual feelings, desires, and beliefs and how those can compliment one another. eve has helped us reveal our truths to ourselves and each another in ways that have enriched our relationship and allowed us to really make it work! eve has expertise; eve is fun to talk to; and we're so grateful for the patient, loving space that she's held for us to discover for ourselves whether or not we wanted to stay together. two years later, we are still choosing each other newly every day. we give eve our highest recommendation!

My husband and I have been seeing Mike for marriage counseling for several years. Prior to seeing…read moreMike, we had worked with three other counselors. Mike is by far the best! What I like most is his PROACTIVE approach. In the past, our couples counselors would ask us what was wrong, and we'd end up re-hashing old fights. It wasn't productive. Mike likes to teach you how to communicate and disagree in a healthier way so that you argue less and enjoy each other more. If we have an issue we want help with, we can dive into that, but if we don't, Mike always has a plan for us. He's taught us dozens of strategies that we can employ--in good times and in bad!--so that our marriage is happier and smoother. We've referred all of our friends to Mike--he's amazing!

We're both driven, passionate people, which sometimes means that we clash instead of collaborating, especially when it comes to giving and receiving feedback. Working with Michael on marriage counseling has been a transformative experience for our relationship. He created a space where we could feel heard without judgment, challenged without feeling attacked, and supported as we worked through difficult conversations. But what truly sets Michael apart is his ability to offer frameworks that are not only tailored to each specific issue we faced, but also unlike anything we've encountered in books or past therapy sessions. These marriage therapy frameworks helped us not only understand each other better, but also uncover our own hidden needs, and how to meet them, both individually and as a couple. When tensions rise, we now have practical, meaningful tools to navigate those moments with clarity and compassion. We're continuing to work with Michael regularly, not just to resolve conflict, but to proactively nurture and strengthen our relationship. We're incredibly grateful for his insight, guidance, and truly original approach.

Gina's method is to build your personal support network through group meetings, reading self-help books related to your issues, and discussing the findings together. She is like a life coach + therapist in one. At times I used herbal anti-depressants such as St.Johns Wort for depression, otherwise I was able to find relief from my depression and anxiety without medication through our therapy sessions. When I started therapy I used to have monthly panic attacks, now I don't have any and if I do they're rare, maybe 1x a year if even. I have become a better communicater and more authentic person. Gina will take time to learn your family of origin dynamics and understand the underlying drivers that lead to negative coping strategies. She supported me through covid 19 lockdowns and provided a safe space for her patients. Masking and social distancing were followed at all times for our mutual safety. If you are a person who struggles with accountability and want to make real change happen in your life, whatever your pattern or habit is, Gina can certainly help you do that. She draws from a wealth of knowledge and experience. She also helped me create a dream journal which helped relieve nightmares that had roots in traumatic events in my life. PS. Keep in mind her practice is in-person only, and she communicates via phone primarily. Hope if you are reading this you find the help & solace you need.
