He knows the insurance industry very well and was great at coaching me and my wife through making educated and wise decisions on our new policies. He was very careful to make sure during the quoting process that he was quoting Apples to Apples from our previous policy, rather than quoting something less to make the numbers look better. He was very honest and careful to make sure we got what we needed. I'd highly recommend Garrett and the rest of the Alpine Ridge Insurance team for your insurance needs.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Marc as he explained everything on the policy before we made the switch. He went over what we really need and what we don't need in our policy. I have always had some type of insurance but no one has ever took the time to explain to me what all the numbers mean or the verbage. Sure I get a policy booklet in the mail but understanding it was such a different story. He was able to really help customize our policy for us and you can tell he was genuine and that he really cared. I liked how he took the time to really make sure that we understand what we were paying for and it wasn't just another policy that he had to sell. If you are looking to switch insurance companies consider giving him a call.

I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher.
