Everything was priced fairly, and some great steals where there. Now what makes this place give stars is the level of service and honesty hospitality they give. I wanted to buy a camera but was unsure because of the risk that came with buying old electronics. But all the workers pitched in and helped me see if it still worked, we tried cables, batteries, lenses, cleaning and so on and so forth. Overall they went above and beyond making sure I felt comfortable buying it, when they could've just let me walk out with a faulty camera. They even gifted me batteries for it. Owner was making up prices out of her head. She quoted me $120 for a basic Buddha statue and then quoted me $80 after she saw my reaction. A simple, ceramic Kuan Yin statue about 15 inches tall was in the 700's... She told me 'it's ceramic' as if that was a justification for the price. The items are beautiful, but this place would be better off as a museum to admire the items from a distance. The owner clearly doesn't want to sell anything keeping her store locked up with ridiculous prices.

Persnickety Antiquity is also open during the event so you can pop inside and take a look. The big holiday street faire in November right after Thanksgiving is when you'll see the most tables/vendors out, so don't miss it! In addition to cups and plates, there are endless amounts of clothing articles, toys, books, jewelry, and miscellaneous pet items. Each section is separated towards a designated section, making it easy to browse. The ladies who work here are gentle and kind, always willing to assist you, if needed. Everything is decently priced and there are constantly great deals. I've come on a special sticker priced day, making my items (with the correct colored sticker) 50% off!
