Rita has a special ability for helping a client remain calm and focused while navigating through the usual ups and downs of the home buying or selling process. Virginia has an inherent talent for enhancing showings of the home while also helping to keep the client upbeat and energized until the good result is obtained. Rita guided me most professionally in buying a home. At the time I was living five hours drive away from where I wanted to find a new home, and the real estate market was fast moving and quite competitive. So when I felt that another realtor's listing online did not provide all the photos of the home I really wanted to see, Rita without hesitation stepped right up and visited the home on my behalf where she made a thorough video throughout and emailed it to me. Her video completed my understanding of the property inside and out, and it convinced me it was well worth making the drive to come see the home as soon as possible (a home which, by the way, I ended up purchasing and being quite satisfied with thanks to Rita). Some years later, Virginia greatly improved the prospects of my selling my home by temporarily "staging it" in a most warm and welcoming manner as any expert interior designer might do (breathtaking pictures hung on walls, eye-catching lamps, new curtains, new bedspreads with lots and lots of pillows, exotic plants, etc.), and what's more she volunteered doing all this at no added cost to me !!! I firmly believe Virginia made it possible for my home to get the eleven showings it did in less than a week's time, followed up by multiple attractive offers to purchase my home. In selling this home, Rita took the lead in the office and Virginia did her decorating thing at the house, and they both turned up prospective buyers. They just complement each other so well in working together as sisters to take the absolute best care of their clients. Todd is an exceptional agent…read more I've lived in several major metropolitan areas in the U.S. throughout my life, and service in Dallas has been more hit and miss than in any other major city I've ever lived in. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe it's just super hot in Dallas and people just can't be bothered to work all that hard. Maybe it's because people here just earn less on average and so they don't have the financial incentive to put in as much work. Whatever the reason is, I've honestly found it quite difficult to find high-quality professionals here who take pride in their work. Todd is one of the few I've worked with in my 5+ years of living in this city who really stand out. He's just an all-around consummate professional. Todd has an incredible depth of industry knowledge and general housing experience that he draws from that he used to guide my wife and I throughout our first home purchase at the beginning of September. And in the rare instance that he didn't know something, he always took the time to research it and follow-up as soon as he could. But even more important for me was Todd's humility and integrity. While real-estate agents are often seen as simple salespeople, Todd never came a cross as salesy whatsoever. He would always try to remain impartial, objective, and honest, even if that meant compromising his own bottom line. I could see Todd's integrity a mile away, which is why I felt comfortable trusting him with a transaction of this size. While I don't know for certain, I think I'm pretty safe in guessing that Todd is quite well off. He's not desperate for business and he does a significant volume of large transactions annually. This is extremely important when considering a real estate agent because the more desperate they are, the more likely they'll do whatever it takes to close a deal, even at your expense. At the same time, you don't want to work with an agent who is too absorbed in their own success that they can't bother to spend any time with you. Todd is truly that rare mix of humility, integrity, experience, and detail orientation that makes for the perfect real estate agent. I started this homebuying process thinking real-estate agents are just people who pick up the phone, talk a bunch of nonsense, and collect a handsome check after doing effectively nothing, and left on closing day absolutely certain that I would not have been able to do this without Todd.
