For the sale of my house, she hired a professional photographer who took the most amazing pictures, she also hired an interior designer who arranged the furniture and brought the true potential of the house. She held one open house and we had multiple offers over asking! She arranged for us to have 1 full month lease back for free so we could look for our forever home without worrying about being homeless! For our forever home, me and my husband had a pretty strict list of must haves, which I thought was unrealistic and more likely I would have to compromise one or more items of it. To my surprise, she found the perfect house, not only did it checked every item on my list but it had more things I didn't think I need and now I can't think about levigan without them! She has a team she works with, which makes the whole process seamless! We never had to worry about anything! Hiring her was the best decision we could've make and we always recommend her to everyone we know.

Daniela was AMAZING!!!! Seriously... if you need a realtor hire this woman!…read more First, Daniela helped me create a house prep plan to get top dollar. She understood how to affordably make it look top dollar... and what was not worth the investment. When we got done... I almost wanted to keep the house it looked so amazing! Getting the work done was also easy, because Daniela has a great list of vetted contractors. The contractors she recommended were amazing and affordable. As we put the house in market, Daniela understood the Dallas market and the right marketing approaches to get strong foot traffic volume. She has a strong network with other realtors and was able to recommend the house to them. Finally her negotiation skills and deal strategy was organized, well thought through, and highly successful. She was also great working with the buyer's realtor to figure out solutions that had all parties win. Daniela went above and beyond on my house and in the midst of a hard market still got me a great deal. Seriously... this woman is a bad ass realtor for selling your house... I highly recommend you choose her.

Long story short: I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a realtor... and I would trust any…read morevendor she recommends. My husband and I were first time home-buyers in September. We knew a few realtors and felt the need to start fresh with someone completely new to us. I put in a request on a realtor-finder site that advertised "top realtors" in the area. As you can imagine, I was bombarded. Laura quickly followed up after receiving my lead. We chatted and I instantly knew my husband and I would be in good hands. Buying a home is a BIG deal, so we were particular about who was going to be a part of that journey. Laura was patient with every question we had from day one. It was over Labor Day weekend, so there was a break in the timeline. Within a couple weeks we decided to officially start looking for our first home (in person instead of on Zillow). Within a day, Laura set up 4 houses for us to look at one evening (saving our Zillow-favorite for last). She came with years of experience, expertise, and feedback. She helped us with pros/cons of each house while making sure we were honest in our opinions about each one. She gave us the comfort level to say "yay or nay" about everything that was important to us. We instantly fell in love with the last house and knew we had found our forever home. With Laura's help (and a team of lenders/closers she highly recommended) we closed on our dream home 23 DAYS after seeing it in person that first night! While we weren't her quickest close, hopefully we came close! We heard horror stories about buying a home but our process was smooth and quick. While we may have just gotten lucky, Laura played a vital part in the entire process from making the initial offer to being there with us on closing day. If there was a problem, I knew Laura was going to get it handled. She has YOUR best interest in mind and has a true passion for what she does, which beats someone looking to just make a buck. If you're buying or selling, CALL HER NOW!

We actually bought our new home before selling the prior one and she had to put up with other agents who backed out of contracts, and misinformation in sales contracts on the new home- you name it, she has lived it and triumphed through it!! Not only is she amazing, but the team they work with from lenders to title to escrow, etc- they are all wizards!!! Can't be beat! Please make sure you at least contact her before it's too late! She is now a friend and trusted confidant and I can wish nothing more for her than success through referrals. I'm providing my own review so that either (1) others will think twice about hiring her or (2) Tanika will try to do a better job selling their house. She was rude at times and almost did nothing after putting my house on the market. The posting had a lot of typos. Crucial information that typical buyers would want to know were not included. I already moved to a new house, and once when I went back to my old house for sale, an interested buyer arrived and said she didn't know how to get inside the community before she saw us. I wonder how many more buyers we lost due to lack of property details in her posting. When I first signed the contract with her to put my house on the market, I asked her to include the appliances in the sale of the house and use it for price negotiations. After all pricing between buyer was settled, she texted, asking if I'm leaving those appliances in the house. They were specifically mentioned in our contract agreement so why would she ask after negotiations? So, I left those for the buyer "for free" (I'm being sarcastic). As with the other guy who put his review here, Tanika was a no-show during closing. Not a single word from her after the sale. If you are selling your house, you should trust your gut if you feel she isn't the right person to hire.
