Nathan came across as the calm, no-nonsense professional who clearly knows how to run the place. Very direct, very efficient, and exactly the person you want when you have a question or need something handled correctly the first time. He struck me as a manager type--serious in the best way--and I always felt like things were under control when he was around. Laura was simply sweet and kind every time I interacted with her. No attitude, no rush--just genuinely pleasant and helpful. Sometimes that alone makes a hotel feel welcoming, and she nailed that. And then there's Christina. Her smile could honestly turn around a rough travel day. Every interaction with her felt upbeat and positive, like you were being helped by someone who actually enjoys what they do. Seeing her at the desk was a little daily boost--sounds small, but it matters. Hotels are buildings. People make the experience. These three absolutely did. Because of them, I'd stay here again without hesitation.

The morning of my wedding, spent hours sweeping, cleaning the floors for my ceremony, mop up a leaking humidifier in my bridal suite, picking up leaves in the kitchen, entry and exit walk ways, and more... The excuse for the filthy venue was "There was a wedding last night". There were no cleaning crews sent to clean the floors, bathrooms, remove cockroaches in the bridal suite, or clean the dirty windows. This was an absolute nightmare. Do not waste your money here.

Hair behind the door and on the door. Shower head was terrible, the cover over the drain was loose and of course the shower curtain was stained. At 11:30PM a fire alarm went off, or some sort of alarm in the hallway. After a sleepless night, my husband went down to get breakfast, he passed trash outside the room down from us...two or three bags just hanging out in the hallway. But he really enjoyed seeing the large box of Coco Pebbles cereal by the elevators spilling over the trashcan. I received an email to check out online...the internet was so bad I could not download the app. I told the desk clerk, she argued with me and said oh we don't do online check out. So why the HELL did I receive that email!! NEVER, NEVER again will we stay at this hellhole!!!
