I spoke to Maria Pena who said she normally doesn't do refunds but as I cancelled immediately, that she would refund 100% of our company's payment of $761.15. This conversation was in April. Today is 7/9/19 and the check just arrived today. Apparently the refund check "got lost three times" because the envelope didn't have my company name on it. The check is for $600 and not the full amount I paid. I spoke to Erica who said Maria changed her mind about the refund (with NO notification to me) and decided to take out cancellation fees of $161.15. I then spoke to Maria who was very defensive and kept talking over me. Absolutely awful customer service. I will never recommend this company to any of my fellow event planners. We host so many events and JRS will not get any of our business due to their extremely unprofessional attitude and company practices and ethics. I suggest going with a major, well known party supplier.

Sam, the owner and driver, was unbelievable. Very accommodating, great driver, and super chill. We planned to hit up the Salt Lick on the party bus and then venture around to some breweries afterwards. Sam made sure that the group got where we needed to be on time, had great suggestions for breweries, and made sure we were having as much fun as possible. The bus is great. Fit everyone comfortably with enough room for a cooler in between all of us. Sam had her playlist turned up or she would hand over the AUX cord and we could play our tracks as loud as we wanted. The whole experience was incredibly laid back and worry free. I would absolutely recommend Cool bus ATX to anyone that wants to have a great time with a big group in Austin. On a side note, if it is Sunday, make sure that you buy beer on Saturday because they don't sell it on Sunday before noon. Thanks again, Sam!

I can't tell you how many people told me ours was the best wedding they had ever been to and I think that was 100% due to Kathy. She is so good in the details and adds all those extra little touches that make your day just incredible! So many of our other vendors reached out to tell us how impressed with her they were. She is also very affordable and doesn't believe in price gouging like you see so often in the wedding industry. She will probably want to do the first meeting in person, and I think that was very valuable to get to see everything in person and to get to know Kathy. I have told everyone I know getting married that they need to book Kathy, and I will continue telling everyone. Best decision we made for our special day!
