I told her multiple times that we didn't want it and we didn't want to apply for it. She responded by saying she can't leave the tab on her tablet without her making us apply for concora and she applied without even telling us. He was approved. However, we did not want this card and he received the account anyway. Now we have to go back and forth with concora to get it deleted from his credit history. Absolutley horrible customer service. Credit is not something to mess with because you want a sale. Not once were we told prior to him applying that if he was denied they would be forced to make him apply to different banks nor were we provided with the information on those banks prior to an application. Only a brochure for the commenity bank. I only give a 2 star because of the selection.
