This is a really beautiful small corner of Barcelona. The walls that surround this little square have approximately 800 years. The garden is well maintain by the city. 800 years ago, in the middle of the old hospital de la Santa Creu you can imagine sick people getting out of the pavilions looking to get some fresh air in the square. In a few words, it is a place in Barcelona that you can smell history. I really don't understand some people. They want to live in their ivory towers, in their Disneyland worlds, without contact of what they consider ugly or inappropriate.
