He was fair in how he handled the orders once we were seated, and asked in order of who entered first. I had their cascade petit for €38 and it came with 4 tiers. We were able to customize each layer and we chose steamed buns for the top layer, pork intestines for the second, grilled meat for the third, and this sour vegetable and fish broth for the last. The only problem is the wait, even if you call in advance, you'll have to wait; and even after you're seated, you'll have to wait for the food. The place is super super crowded, and super busy. The waiters are patient although they can't keep track of things and forget you orders (Just remind them, they're nice). It's not a good place for groups since it's really small. Go with ONE other person to better enjoy the dinner!
