The call back I received was not interested in helping me with my financial litigation , consumer…read morelaw , identity theft , case I would like assistance with concerning 2 or more financial institutions and my Brokerage firm that I have endured the theft of my retirement investment of crypto currency or digital assets processed and withheld while cutting my online account access of accounts off completely , for up to 20 months without reason or return of my accounts , witch essentially directly effected my livlyhood , my abilities to pay on mortgauge account , even though they refused to service my account or provide with an up-to-date statement of accouns showing in current or evidence of the safe and rapid return of my accounts funds within or any such evidence of the existence of a lost or stolen check or money order such as check number , account or amount from witch is was withdrew from , evidence of attempting to mail such document for example mail receipt or tracking number to add to that one bank tried to get me to sign a indemnity agreement indemnifying the bank and any of its employees of any liability of any hardships it may have caused me and furthermore they would not return my funds nor allow me council upon the presentation of signing sick document nor return my account funds without me signing it so I signed " UNDER DURESS " MARC "Under Duress " McDowall The other institution asst manager flat out told me there were funds in my account being taken from me after witch I deposited two 500k checks into the ATM one from each bank and the vice president froze my account for the weekend and it was closed on Monday morning to the main branch for weighting a check to myself and depositing it withch I did on Friday and the assistant manager honered it , 10 days later my statement reflected the 1 million and showed a withdrawal adjustment . My brokerage accounts show 15.9 mill passed through my account , will not give me any sort of explanation of my statements my accountant performed tax fraud and reported a 15.9 cost and a 15.5 sale basis with a $400 adjustment on my short term capital gains and without my knowledge of concent reported I sold my business along with the sale of my 2nd home in 2018 matching the year of my brokerage account statements . If they could not help me at least they could recommend someone that could . I believe they know exactly how to help me I don't know why she didn't want to hear more they are only bankruptcy she said so if your not bankrupt DONT CALL I GUESS . MEANWHILE , I still need their help ! The value of my digital assets is very high to say the least . I guess that's why all the terrible experiences . I kindly asked this woman what their rates were after introducing her my business plan -she rudely stated "I can't give you that information it's confidential". Fine, I understand that rates can be confidential and can vary based on what the project entails. This was my first time calling the office and I had high hopes from reading the reviews. On their website it states they specialize with business laws so I thought they would be a great fit. I got a call the following day from the same woman, she stated their attorney spoke to me a few months ago and said they could not assist me. I told her this was my first time calling since I just started this new business idea last week. I told her it was strange, because I had never called before and she rudely told me "yes you did, I have all your information in the system from last time, good luck with your search". That was very rude of her and that is not how you treat interested clients. I understand that if the attorney is unable to help, that's totally okay!
