The legal assistant on the phone informed me that it would be a $50,000 retainer fee. Without hearing much information. And continued to state I'd probably be another 10-15k beyond that without any knowledge. Which I know from my legal experience as a consumer is absurd with knowing very little information and have no stance to stand on that finding. He also said, "what'll happen honey, is that we'll take you out on a date and have a fun time and get to know what you're going through." When I stated to him that I've been to other representatives before and I'm familiar with the fact that $50,000 isn't a normal retainer fee, he concluded with "if the date goes well we can discuss those prices and you might not have to pay for the date." When I disclosed that this sounded very strange in comparison to what I've heard from other representatives he immediately hung up. I'm sorry but, FUCK YOU GUYS. Fuck you for taking advantage in a disgusting measure against those who are genuinely hurting and needing legal help beyond their normal means. How gross and inhumane. This isn't the Bay Area or New York. Fuck off. You're gross as fuck.
