I also had a broken gold anklet chain soldered as well as a broken-off piece from a gold-plated hoop earring. The final item was a rare high-grade sugilite silver ring I had purchased back in August that needed gentle polishing. Everything was perfectly done. I had come in the week of Thanksgiving and all of it was done by the second week of December. Make sure to say hi to Dalia while you're there.
