The jeweler also recommended a new crown/head on my wedding ring, as the prongs on mine had worn down a ton over the 25 years I've been wearing it. Ida was very helpful and managed to get my ring back to me much earlier than the 5-day time I was quoted. She was helpful, friendly, and so very warm.
