I couldn't believe our fortune when we came upon Pet Town. We were sure what to bring, but after a quick phone call we gathered up our poor guy and took him in. To say we had fun would be a misnomer, but the process was so easy (for us...not so much for the dog) that we were done in no time. Our fella is clean and shiny and not scratching anymore. I'll go back because the staff made it so easy to do! Thanks

He gets terrible rats in his hair and absolutely hates to get brushed. We found Taylor Made purely by accident. So glad we did ! We took him in at 9AM and picked him about 4pm. Definitely an all day affair. I understand why. Let's just say we got our moneys worth. I expected him to be shaved as that's what I thought I requested. He was cut and shaved in certain areas and other areas, NO. Still he doesn't party much and he's a male cat who knows his personality will win them over, not the haircut ! It's been a few weeks and sadly I don't recall the young lady's name who took care of him. Lola or LuLu I'm sure. Not many employees there so there you go. I asked that they do the dog that had the puppies first because she was skidich leaving her pups. I could not see what was being done because they were in an area I couldn't see. There were so many dogs being worked on. Very busy. Less than an hour they brought my dogs. The mom dog was damp but the other one was completely dry. I was surprised it was less than an hour for the two dogs. In other places I've gone to, it is almost an hour each to service. After i took them,They had no shampoo smell a nd noticed the mom dogs nails were not trimmed properly. Still long and very sharp instead if grinding down. I called the next day and said her nails weren't trimmed properly. So the person I spoke to said to come back to have them redone. I did. This was somuch of my time wasted and more nervous tension for the moment dog to leave her pups. The nails were trimmed properly now. Also, I was told one person was going to work on the dogs. I feel the way the both were so different and the time it took, there had to be more than one. She did not come ot to apologize about the trouble and had a different person take care of the nails. So, watching as the other employees work on the other dogs, and the amount of time spent washing, I feel they didn't do what I had asked to wash. It also takes time to wash and dry.. I will not be going back.

Groom wasn't finished until 7pm and when my husband brought her home she had a different collar on. We had a collar with an AirTag on it and never got it back because we were visiting 40 minutes away, it was late and the next morning we were leaving town early so I couldn't drive 40 min and back (opposite direction). I hate to leave this but if people need more practice/ sleep / organizational skills for things like this to not happen... the 3 stars are for how friendly, apologetic the groomer was and tried to work on getting the collar back but we just couldn't wait. She also worked with my dog with some behavioral problems she's recently development (boarding gone wrong) at 5 years old but I Just spent $10 for new collar, $15 for new name tag, $32 for new AirTag and another $10 for the dog collar case for AirTag. Check your dogs! And hopefully you live closer so your dog doesn't wait 3 hours before her groom.
