He was incredibly kind, attentive, and loving with our pups, and it was so obvious how comfortable and happy they were with him. In fact, I think it's safe to say they are now completely obsessed with Rhett. It means so much to us to know they were not just being well cared for, but were getting so much genuine affection and attention while we were gone. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. We're grateful to Dog Gone Fitness for continuing their excellent service, and Rhett for being the best friend to Bart & Muffin.

I sent her a quick message and heard back within minutes that someone could visit my fur baby when I needed. Kat arranged for me to meet the sitter a few days later. She was super friendly and good with Stella, who is wary of of strangers. All was well taken care of while I was away and I was pleased to see that in all the pics that the sitter sent, Stella was just chilling on her bed or on the couch, not hiding as she often is while I'm away. I think sometimes the people working for other services just aren't well suited to cats. Not the case with Kat's service. Very happy and will definitely seek them out when I am next in need of a sitter.

Andre spent 8 years caring for my black lab during my years in the Hollywood Hills. A recent career move took me to the Bay Area and it was like losing my right arm. She was truly a mother to him. Andre NEVER let me down in 8 years. She has had numerous celebrity clients and is extremely well respected in the pet care business in L.A. I can not recommend her enough. If you need a professional who really cares about your animal as you would, give her a call.

There must be days when she is not feeling well, but she gets up because she knows that her dogs are waiting for her. I think she took a vacation twice during the last 8 years - with advance notice and profuse apology. Dog walking is not something Andre does in her spare time - this is her work and business - and what a full-time job it is! Andre also offers sleepovers for a very reasonable rate - I travel a lot during certain times of the year, and I do it with peace because I trust Andre. My labradoodle gets to sleep in her bed (although sometimes he has to fight for his favorite spot with other dogs) - I always look forward to Andre's frequent updates with pictures when I'm away. Andre also has experience working in a veterinary office, so whenever I notice anything "off" with my labradoodle, I always ask her opinion first. Whatever Andre tells you, she has your dog's best interest at heart - this is a business, but it is also her passion. She simply loves dogs. Andre has become more than a dog walker to us. When my labradoodle got sick last fall, she came to visit him twice during the two days that he was at the vet's office and I know that her visit gave him the strength to keep on fighting. I did not feel like I was alone in the ordeal because Andre was with me every step of the way. Andre also came by the house to see how he was doing and helped me take care of him. Now he is all better and I know I could not have done it without Andre. Andre has become family to us - we cannot imagine our lives without her. Reliable dog walkers are hard to come by - reliable and passionate dog walkers whose calling is to take care of dogs - that's like winning a lottery.

They are use to getting walked 3 x's a day. I contacted Kathleen and immediately our dog walking problem was solved. She walked our dogs at the times we requested. We enrolled Poppy, our 4 month old puppy at the time, in their 10-day reverse board-and-train program. I wasn't expecting her to come out perfectly trained in 10 days, but I did expect the level of intensive training they advertised on their site. The trainer we got was sweet and had a calm energy, which I liked since Poppy was skittish around new people. But the actual training didn't come close to matching what was promised. We have security cameras at home, so I could see exactly what was happening while we were gone. Most days were only 5-10 minutes of actual training. The rest of the time the trainer was watching TV or on her phone. If we'd wanted someone to watch TV with our puppy, we could've asked a neighbor for free. By the end of it, Poppy knew "sit" and "down" and not much else. The separation anxiety and potty training work we'd specifically talked about before signing up hadn't really progressed. I want to be clear, my problem wasn't that she wasn't fully trained in 10 days. It's that we paid for a specific service and didn't get it. I emailed the owner, Jeff, sent him the video clips, and asked for a partial refund. He wouldn't address any of it directly, just offered services that were already included in our package and turned down the refund. Then he was rude to my husband on the phone, which threw me because my husband is about as easygoing as they come and almost never gets worked up over anything. I also found it concerning that the exit document I was given included a clause saying clients agreed not to post negative reviews. I never signed it, but seeing that made me question how much honest customer feedback actually makes it online. Super shady. We ended up going with a different trainer afterward, and Poppy turned out exactly how we'd expected her to after actual, consistent training. Maybe we just got unlucky with the trainer. I can only go off our own experience, but between the training we actually received and how they handled it afterward, I wouldn't recommend them.
