The initial meeting went well and then after that I was not contacted in a consistent manner and wasnt given nearly a level of service that should have occurred. The photos and listing were published without reviewing them with me and were not beneficial to the house at all. There was no follow up on the 4 interested agents that were waiting to view the house prior to it going public; which to me equates 4 possible lost sales. Emails with questions were constantly ignored, like not an acknowledged, just ignored. There was also zero follow up on the comments from agents that did go through the home. If it wasnt for offer she presented on my deadline, that was also handled terribly; DPG and Debbie would have been fired. The contract and communication were not handled adequately either but at that point, I made the decision to finalize the sale. The only thing DPG did was ignore me and cash a check. I didnt even get a thank you. No wait, after I called her out on it she forwarded me a canned text she sent my husband. Apparently gratitude is lost there. Please do yourself a favor and use an alternate agent. This is a solid truthful review with back up documentation as well.

I inquired about all units that she may have available in my area. It took about 3 or 4 days and 2 follow up texts for her to send the email. However all the units sent were single family homes and I am one person not needing all that space. I expressed I'm not looking or in a condition to rent to own and prefer rent only condo/townhome. She was understanding/accommodating but it took another several days to generate updated listings. While she generated several units that I was interested in, she almost seemed too busy to bother with me. Does not respond to text or emails same day. I called left a message, never called back. In fact I have never spoken to her on the phone. I asked her when she would be free to take a look at some of the Units I was interested in on 4/12/17. it is now 4/19/17 and I never received an response. I feel this was a little on the unprofessional side since I expressed her to her I need to find a place and get paperwork going ASAP. I felt like I was going to be homeless if I waited on her any longer. I'm assuming she is spending most of her focus on rent to own prospects and puts any other prospect that comes her way on the back burner. I even contacted his managing broker (Gary Jacklin, who laughed it off when I mentioned Super Realtor ) then nothing.
