I booked my Saturday morning appointment on Thursday evening, and Sergio personally called after noticing I had requested a specific tire in my appointment notes. Since those weren't available, he recommended a great alternative. I went with the Michelin Defender2 for my Mustang Mach-E AWD, and I'm so happy with my choice! Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent with pricing. They even price matched Costco! There was a small inventory hiccup where the system showed four tires in stock, but they only had three. The team quickly arranged to have the fourth delivered from their Huntington Beach location. Despite the delay, I was still finished surprisingly quickly! Without that hiccup, I probably would've been out in under an hour. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned, which was especially appreciated on a 90+ degree day! They also had cold water and coffee available, plus plenty of nearby stores within walking distance. I genuinely appreciated how helpful and professional the entire team was.
