My copay is only $20 with insurance so it's enough of a difference that I am going to have to find a new physician. Very bummed that nothing was sent to patients to notify them of the changes.

The place is large, hi-tech, organized, efficient, polite and the doctors are top notch. If I still lived anywhere near Simi, I would go there at any cost. When my grandmother was sick with cancer about 10 years ago, they made house calls when her condition deteriorated and made sure she was comfortable until the end. I cannot say enough about the quality and care from everyone in this office.

Dr. Nguyen appeared one time to my father while in hospital, spent less than five minutes with him, NEVER returned any of our 6 phone calls, did not return phone calls to the nurse staff or even to Dr. Shirnavasa. At the end of Sunday it was doctor Shirnavasa who advocated for us and helped us to sit in a peaceful place. We will not follow up with doctor Nguyen as he is neglectful and unreliable.
