Excellent cometics, clothing and household goods as well as gifts. Anything from here is going to be of good quality, and there are classic ranges as well as high fashion. I really feel that Dingles, like Beales, give Bournemouth, in terms of shopping, a bit of class. Bournemouth is looking very tired lately, but stores like this give it some quality and a reminder of it's better days.

The store is situated on several levels and can be accessed by several doors. There are lifts available. the store stocks many branded products and you can usually get all the information you need from the helpful and friendly staff. the store is in Old Christchurch road and parking is a bit of a problem. The nearest is the multistorey which is a good 5 minutes walk away. The store is a great place to get those special, good quality Christmas gifts and has loads of perfume stands. Appalling Customer Service…read more My wife purchased a dress from here late on Saturday afternoon, that looks very different away from the store lighting, not a fresh taupe colour but quite grubby grey. I took it back to the store 5 working hours later for a refund and was told that there is a "no refund" policy. The owner took great pride in telling me that this policy is shown everywhere. Actually it is in two places; firstly on the bottom of the receipt which they actually print out from their till, fold it and put it in a cardboard envelope before giving to you (doesn't that mean you have already purchased it???) and secondly on a sticker in the changing rooms which my wife didn't see as there were loads of clothes, scarves and accessories hanging over it. (Not hers). At no point when my wife handed over her card to pay did they mention it either; this feels like they have proactively hidden their no return "policy" and we feel conned! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and now they have the money, they don't give a damm. We will never shop here again and the only recommendation I can make is to stay away!

You can imagine wearing a garment for more than one season. The staff are friendly without being intrusive, which is great. I almost always take a look in here when I'm in Bournemouth. I tend to buy most of my partners things from here due to affordability and quality and because they tend to have sales on quite alot which encourages me to buy more! They also sell suits and trainers/shoes.Unfortunately i dont rate the shoes/trainers here as two pairs we have bought from here have been in the bin a couple of months later, the quality of the footwear is not great. And the suit quality is good but not as good as next. Burton reminds me of the male version of dorothy perkins (are they linked?!). Go to dorothy perkins/burton for the classic and the odd fashion piece and topshop/topman for more high fashion.

I used to have to invest quite a lot in expensive shoes so they didnt pinch my feet but thankfully New Look do this affordable range of good quality wide footwear which are gorgeous. I picked up some leather flats for £10 recently, Bargain! This is also a great shop for clothes and accessories at affordable prices. they have a 915 childrens section and a plus size section too which is great. The staff here are a mixed bag - can be ok and helpful. Rated 4/5 as i prefer the castlepoint branch of New Look.

There are generally a lot of sales rails in this store to choose from, but the general layour is divided nicely between mens, womens, teens and plus sizes. The area for shoes is usually crowded and messy which is a shame as I like their ranges. The changing rooms are spacious and the assistant will always let you take in four items at a time, but rarely do they check when you come out which is a bit of a let down for them. The queues for the till can be quite long and there isn;t much of a system when it comes to queuing so you have to guess where to join on.
