I've not had a true appreciation for fine art before but the pieces displayed on the outside of the…read moregallery were so eye-catching, I couldn't help but pay Exposures a visit. I am so glad I did! I was immediately taken by the pieces along the driveway to the parking lot as well as the incredibly beautiful works of art along that line the walkway across the backside of the building. I felt myself glowing with appreciation for the amazing expression of talent in each piece. I also felt a growing anxiety that I had only given myself just over an hour to spend there before they closed. I didn't want to rush past anything but I didn't want to miss what was inside the building. And what was inside is a feast for the eyes. One doesn't have to be an art connoisseur to appreciate the exquisite array of works by so many talented artists. Words alone cannot describe the quality of the artwork inside-you simply have to see it. I was equally impressed with their sales consultant, Julie Swahn. She was so gracious and friendly and relayed several anecdotal stories about the artists and their work, adding depth and personality to my experience. Despite that I had arrived a bit disheveled from hiking, she made me feel welcome to be there and explore. An asset to Exposures International, Julie made my visit even more delightful. I'm glad to have met her.. My only real regret was I didn't have the amount of time I would have liked to more thoroughly slow down to appreciate the massive collection of art inside the building. I hope to be able to stop by again before my visit to Sedona is over so I can treat myself to the delicious visual cornucopia of beauty that awaits anyone smart enough to pay them a visit..

We saw a vacant space, so we grabbed it. It was right in front of a cool little art shop called Sedona's Tree House. Poking your head through the door is enjoyable in and of itself. It's as if you've met up with the Ents of Fangorn Forest (The Hobbit) and have been carried into a magical treehouse dream, with a giant tree climbing up through the middle of the shop. The shelves are cleverly designed from beautifully rough cut and masterfully finished planks held up in some cases with what seem to be branches growing out from under them. Hand crafted Kokopelli wind chimes, nature inspired table and wall art, and various artsy knickknacks of all sorts are beautifully displayed throughout this cozy little treehouse-themed shop. We ended up buying a beautiful sun-themed wind chime for only $25 that we're looking forward to putting up in our courtyard when we get home!

I went by ALT while I was in Sedona visiting for Spring break. I am a big record collector, and I…read morewas determined to find some records to dig through while visiting. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were stacks and stacks of records that had not been gone through hundreds of times and all of the good titles weeded out. I found some great gems to add to my collection. There were plenty that I could not get to on the bottoms of bookshelves blocked in with newly added art and I still walked away with many hard to find titles in great shape. I wish I had more time to spend as I would have left with more. I even left a Bowie record behind accidentally and Mark went out of his way to ship it back to Atlanta for me. I can't say enough about Mark, his store, and the way he runs his business. Can't wait to go back on my next visit to Sedona! - Derek

He was super knowledgeable on the collection and very friendly; especially considering that we walked in post-hike not looking like serious art buyers ;) My husband and I really loved a few of the prints and are hoping to save up a bit of $$ to make a purchase in the near future. If you're interested in this collection or just want a chill gallery with some diverse art work, check this place out. It also happens to reside in a complex with a handful of other galleries, stores, restaurants, etc... Enjoy!

An employee who I now also assume is Eva from other reviews came outside and told me she was locking that door so I had to come inside. The mirror I really wanted was outside of that door though and I was confused because it was close to 5 but they close at 5:30 pm. I asked her if she could wait to lock the door but no- they close some sections earlier and apparently that couldn't wait. I left without buying any of the things and will spend my money somewhere that people don't chase me out. I have worked in customer service and in a tourist place and it often sucks. I didn't and don't expect smiles and friendliness, but at a bare minimum need to not be locked out of the area of a store 30 minutes before closing. There are a number of signs indicating it's easy to transgress their rules and get yelled at or ejected...so weird how very unfriendly the people at a shop with so many great things could be. Ps don't even think about trying to use the restroom if not a paying customer- you have to buy something and then the other lady will grudgingly hand over some toilet paper. Dang! I went in so happy and left so annoyed.
