I have looked at a number of places unsure of what I really wanted, where I wanted to be, what I was looking for. She never pushed me to buy something I didn't want to buy, nor was she overly forceful. She is truly a professional. She has great attention to detail and she is a very compassionate person. Always responsive, she helped make sure we found our dream home. I consider her an expert for the Long Beach and Michigan City real estate area!

We found Danelcy to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Danelcy was very professional about changes that we needed to make in our townhouse to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. She even volunteered to manage all the contractors and cleaning lady for us to make the sale so much easier for us. We felt so fortunate to have Danelcy represent us!

When looking for a second home in Southwest Michigan (our primary residence was in Chicago...read…read moreon), we received a recommendation for Cynthia from a close friend who worked with her in the past. Cynthia sold our friend's home when no one else could, and especially since this friend has very high standards, that recommendation meant everything to us. We still did our regular due diligence on brokers, but at the end of everything, Cynthia was the obvious choice. Cynthia advocated for us at every stage of the sales process. She was relentless. One thing we really appreciated was her incredible communication. I like to think I'm pretty on top of it and proactive when it comes to personal transactions in which we have a major investment, and I never had to nudge Cynthia once. She was always one step ahead of me. Some things we loved about Cynthia: Excellent negotiator. Very proactive. Went way and above to coordinate everything and make sure things went smoothly, which was extra-appreciated since we were making this purchase from Chicago, two hours outside of town. She did everything in her power to make the purchase go smoothly and make our lives easier through this process, which was hugely appreciated. And we love the place so much that we decided to make it our primary home (vs. second) within a day of moving in! We recommend Cynthia without hesitation. You'd be lucky to work with her. Thanks, Cynthia!

I have done been business with Steve Smith and the Irish Realty Team for over two decades. I am an…read moreowner of a home inspection company, which does about 5 thousand home inspections a year. Our company has over 4 thousand 5-star reviews, but unfortunately many Agents in the real estate industry have pressured me and my home inspectors to be soft on reports or they complain that our reports are too thorough or too nit-picky. If you are buying a house, don't you want a thorough and nit-picky home inspection?? Of course you do!! But those complaints or that pressure never happens at Irish Realty. In all the years of doing inspections for the Clients of Irish Realty not one time has an Agent at Irish Realty ever pressured me to sugar coat a report.....in fact they demand the opposite!! Irish Realty Agents want the most thorough and professional report their Clients can get. They care much more about their Client's well-being than anything else. You can hire whoever you want to represent you in a real estate transaction, but my advice is to hire an Agent and a company, like Irish Realty, who cares more about your best interest than they do a commission check. I can guarantee you the people at Irish Realty are not chasing your money.......they are chasing your happiness because they know if you are happy that will lead to their long-term success.

She had it sold within 3 months. I HIGHLY recommend this firm, AND this professional. Don't waste your time with other slacker realtors who really don't care about the sale of your home. Kelly wasn't consumed with the fact that our property wasn't a high dollar parcel, she was consumed with the need for us to sell and she made it happen. We left our home to move to California for a job opportunity. It was extremely difficult dealing with this situation over 2000 miles away from it. Kelly took over this situation with care, concern, professionalism, and most of all compassion. Thank you again!! Karen A.
