The toilet from the tenant above me was leaking for 2 days before it was fixed even though I gave immediate notice. I was told that the water wasn't dirty water by Jen. This is not true, and I don't appreciate the gaslighting. Nothing was done to take care of the likelihood of mold growing because of the constant leaking; the "fix" was to just put up new ceiling tile. I had to clean the bathroom multiple times just to be able to use it, as the leaking happened each time the upstairs toilet was flushed. As this is a female-ran company I had hoped they wouldn't be male centered but that is not the case. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by Mike the maintenance man who also is less than knowledgeable; he tried telling me that heat from a furnace comes directly from the furnace and not through the vents among other things. He doesn't like to be told he is wrong and will argue versus being respectful enough to have a conversation.
