Fast forward and now in Venice Fl, as snowbirds, it seemed very convenient to open accounts with Trustco to have easy access to cash from both locations. We've had nothing but bad attitudes and NO access to any money, even after we see checks have cleared. The managers doesn't return calls and when my wife went in to speak to someone, they were incredibly rude and acted like she had no rights to the account even though we added her to the account the prior week. We showed them that in their own paperwork, we have rights to take a withdraw, but they won't even follow their own procedure and have basically taken our money hostage and have no apologetic attitude for our inconvenience.
