Eriksson is a true professional - responsive, considerate, communicative, and a fantastic chef. We asked for the food to be delivered cold and Eriksson was thoughtful enough to include reheating instructions! The food was delivered on time, reheated perfectly, and was most importantly delicious. I highly recommend the salmon, raw oysters, crab cakes, and Brussel sprouts - they were a hit with our families!

1 Star…read more Unfortunately, our experience with T&M Catering was extremely disappointing. They catered a wedding reception that we attended, and the food itself was mediocre at best. The brussel sprouts and broccoli were particularly bad--poorly prepared and not something we could enjoy. More concerning, however, is what happened afterward. My husband became very sick with significant gastrointestinal symptoms following the wedding, and at least one other wedding guest has also been sick all day with similar symptoms. While I obviously cannot medically confirm the source, having multiple guests develop gastrointestinal illness after eating at the same catered event is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about food preparation, handling, and safety. When you hire a caterer for a wedding, you expect the food to be enjoyable, professionally prepared, and--above all--safe. Based on the quality of the food and the illness experienced afterward, I cannot recommend T&M Catering.
