For mains we decided on the lamb because the cannelloni of braised lamb belly and the duck. Normally i'm a bit hesitant to order pork belly because it's too fatty for me but with the lamb belly because it was in cannelloni form I completely forgot that it was even lamb belly inside and ate to my hearts content. That Sesame crust was also beautifully done, with black sesame and regular sesame. Potatoes were nice and crunchy, with great flavor, while the avocado salsa included red pepper and onion, which gave it a lovely acidity. This was fresh and colorful addition to the dish. For dessert, I had the Sticky Date Cake with butterscotch sauce. I've tried this in the States, and wasn't really a fan but having it in Australia was a much better experience. The cake was delightfully moist, with the wonderful taste of dates, was made even tastier with the rich, sweet sauce with notes of caramel and toffee. Service was pretty good.
