The thing is, she did ask her manager for help, but he sent her out on her own, knowing she was incapable of serving the customer. When the terminal bolt broke, she went inside and asked her manager what to do and I observed the same lack of concern for me as a customer. Lucky for me another customer overheard, loaned me tools and helped me replace the terminal. The employee helping me disappeared and I after I finished the battery replacement I found her helping another customer.

After being guided into the bay, the guys got me entered into the system and began my oil change. I got the Mobil 1 high mileage oil. All of the workers communicated amongst each other and seemed to work really well together. They checked over my air filter, tire pressure, and wipers as well. I chose not to change my air filter or wipers. At the conclusion of my service, I showed my military ID and got a military discount I paid and was then guided out of the bay.
