Based on a great review from a fellow Elite Yelper and after seeing her work with a family member…read morewho also just had a baby, I booked Jacqueline for a newborn photoshoot for my baby. The review said great stuff about her work, her site had beautiful photos and our cousin shared with us that she was a perfectionist, I was sure I wanted to work with her. I booked her when my baby was 3 weeks old (and as I found out, it wasn't a good idea; my baby was too alert for the photos so if you are still pregnant and reading this, please arrange a booking with Jacqueline ahead of your delivery and she will work with you to get the baby in within the first week). Nevertheless, she was patient with my baby and tried to calm her and soothe her to get the photos done properly. When you walk into the studio, you have to take off your shoes which I appreciate because she would like to keep the studio as clean as possible for the babies. She has a changing station and has numerous outfits, hats, blankets, etc, all the accessories she might need to take beautiful photos, all properly and neatly organized for you to choose from. Jacqueline has great taste so, if you depend on her to come up with beautiful poses for your baby, you won't regret the outcome. She also gives you the option to choose the colors and outfits and works with you to get beautiful photos. Once the photoshoot is done, Jacqueline sends you all the proofs to choose from. After selecting your favorites, she edits them and send you the final pictures. You also get a discount for prints as per her e-mail. The whole process is timely and organized. I would definitely recommend Jacqueline for baby photo shoots. She is patient and very talented. The photos that she took for our baby were gorgeous!

I would 100% recommend Joshua and his team to anyone looking for a truly special photographer…read more We recently hired Joshua for our elopement and he could not have made us feel more relaxed on our wedding day. My husband and I are pretty private people who didn't want a big wedding with the stereotypical cheesy or cliche wedding photographs. Joshua really understood us and made us feel so comfortable and at ease while he worked. We've seen a few sneak peeks and they are so much more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Thank you, Storytellers!

One thing that I really…read moreappreciated from the beginning when I reached out for some more information, Josh asked to get on a call with my fiance and I to learn a bit more about our venue and wedding style and help fit us with one of their packages. I can't tell you how many other companies just sent over a brochure with their pricing with no follow-up. In speaking with Josh, he was very consultative, and also just a very pleasant person to talk with. After comparing a few other photographers, we landed on Storytellers because of their beautiful editing style, and we knew we would be in good hands with experienced professionals. We worked with Anel for our engagement photoshoot, and she was a complete gem. My husband and I are not picture people, and she was able to get us comfortable in front of the camera. Those pictures turned out beautifully. For the wedding, we worked with Anel and Andrew for photography, and Marilyn for videography, and I cannot stress how amazing it was to work with all of them. I was a bundle of nerves the day of my wedding, and not once did I have to worry about anything not being captured. If anything, being around them helped ease our nerves a bit, because they were all so nice to be around. We went with a full nine hour package, and by the end of the day, it felt like we all had gone through a journey together. Weddings are wild. The photos turned out beautifully, and we cried the first time we watched our video. We got to relive all of the beautiful details again (some that we didn't even get to see) without the stress that came with the big day. I would love to work with Storytellers again, and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful team of professionals.

They were everything we wanted, and we are so happy with our photos. She was so fantastic to work with on the day of the photos, too. We're a blended family, and our oldest is about to move out of state for a job after graduating from college, so these photos were really important to us. Not only did she capture moments we'll cherish forever, but she also prayed over our family at the end of our time together as we head into this season of transition. It was all so special to work with someone like Lisa, who not only shares our faith but is also a master at her craft. We will be returning customers!
