I had to hang up the phone because I thought he was going to have a heart attack because he was screaming so much. Happen to be I had two witnesses hear the whole conversation. The initial text message was no better. Also he upcharged for the vehicle. Do not hire this guy unless you want to have your transport at every auto auction to your final destination. The vehicle was also delivered 10 miles from original agreed upon destination so arrangements had to be made to get the vehicle off the original agreed upon destination. Absolutely would love to see this guy get out of the business and allow someone that cares about the profession have all the business.

They took it back to their own yard and dumped it way out back. When I finally located the vehicle, I was told I could not drive back there to obtain my belongings and had to walk more than 100 yards to get to it. This was within an hour of being discharged from the hospital. I was told I couldn't drive back "because it's the rules. And, oh, when you walk back there, don't step on the grass." Worst people I have ever interacted with. I understand policy and liability, but I do not understand stealing the vehicle and the lack of empathy.

I first contacted them on March 24 with…read morequestions about transporting my vehicle from Florida to Buffalo This was a major life transition for me, and as someone who had never arranged vehicle transport before, I had several questions and was looking for guidance and reassurance. When I spoke to Kim again on March 27th, who is unpleasant to deal with - very cold in my opinion, I was informed by her that if I waited until June 1st, after snowbird season, the transport cost would be approximately $1000 instead of the full price of $1400. Based on that information, I planned my move accordingly and prepared for my move. However, on May 25 I was told that quote could no longer be honored because of fuel costs. While I understand that market conditions can change, it was frustrating to learn this nearly two months after being given the original pricing estimate. The communication and scheduling process only became more difficult from there. My transport dates were changed multiple times, and I was connected with a driver whose proposed pick-up date did not work with my moving timeline and different from what Kim told me. When I raised concerns, I was told that the driver schedule was not Kim's responsibility, despite her being my primary point of contact throughout this process, and that she would let me know later in the week - the week I was moving. I informed her I was moving on Friday, June 5th and needed reliable scheduling. She said "well it doesn't work that way, that's not how we do things". So instead of receiving a clear solution, I was met with the decision to wait or try other companies and see what I could figure out. I made other arrangements with a company who for $200 more would take my car and bring it directly to the address where I am residing, whereas per Kim, I would have to pick up my car at their lot. Finally, on June 3rd Kim calls and informs me the earliest available pickup is Monday, June 8th - three days after I flew out of Florida. I told her that doesn't work and that I made other arrangements, and she said OK and hung up. The difference I experienced between Kim and the other companies I called were night and day. Other companies had no difficulty in providing me with a firm date and communication was clear and accommodating. My biggest concerns were the lack of customer service, poor communication, repeated schedule changes and failure to honor the pricing expectations that were initially provided. Moving is stressful enough without having to constantly chase updates and adjust plans due to unreliable scheduling. Unfortunately, this experience with Kim left me feeling that my business was not valued, and I would not use this company every again or recommend them! If I could give zero stars I would. PLUS I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR A SUPERVISOR IN TRANSPORTATION AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! This entire company doesn't care about customers.
