DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THAT. 9.months later I got the title Recently I went to.the dmv to put it in.my name. I was informed it was a void title. I.trird to contact ERA all i got was leave your name and.number. My agent had to work on it. The title was void because another one had been issued right after the one they gave me. It was sent to ERA yet they dont know what happened to it. ! They were informed of the title problem on Sept 11th. We got a lot of stories, even.lies from ERA. Then finally October 27th they say they got the title. They expected Me to go there to Pick it up! No apology. No.offer to cover the cost, as it was their fault. The title was $10 when they were supposed to get it. It is now $100. The total lack of professionalism is astounding. Their inability to take responsibility for their actions is shocking. It took THREE YEARS TO GET THE TITLE. I would strongly.suggest you seek a more professional business to handle your transaction. They make a lit of money Off you. They should go above and beyond But no the money isnt enough.they add other fees in the transaction, without you.even approving. I cant believe they are in.business..they wouldnt be if they were in.any other state.

After a careful review of that property, the bank pulled the plug. This happened in the morning. By lunchtime, I had contacted Rusty, which was the first time ever speaking with him, and had my current land under contract and we were back in business that afternoon without so much as a single issue. He was able to secure the property at a fair price for the seller and fair conditions for me, the buyer. He made it so I was completely protected if I was not able to obtain ALL permits needed for this project. It took exactly one year, 365 days in all, to obtain all permits and close successfully. During the year, of course we ran into different issues. Rusty not only arose to the challenge but was able to easily negotiate on behalf of both seller and buyer for a favorable outcome for all parties involved. The way he was able to perform, which seemed effortlessly, was impressive and a true service to all. Rusty always answers the phone, emails, and text messages. He shows up with little to no notice and never complains. Whatever task you ask of him, he completes quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Another neat quality about him is his ability to "predict" the future--knowing what you will need and having those issues handled before they arise. Simply put, there's no one better.
