CAUTION: Please review previous feedback. We have filed a complaint with NCBELS regarding Mr. Monteith for failing to deliver a report for which he was hired and compensated in January 2025. Throughout this process, we have experienced a lack of communication, with our calls, emails, and texts going unanswered. Furthermore, he dispatched his vendor a second time to our property for measurements and photographs necessary for the report. After the complaint was lodged against his license, Mr. Monteith promised both the report and a full refund; however, we are still awaiting any resolution. After comparing his reports with others who have used him, the majority of the report is nonsense and has nothing to do with the subject property. Helpful items for them to process request: send them the inspection report with any photos. Repair requests if needed. The lady was able to give me a fairly reasonable estimate by the afternoon. If want the service, you basically provide an e-sig like a DocuSign over email. Apparently they have officers near Charlotte, NC and also Anderson, SC area which would cover the upstate. The lady I spoke with (Courtney) was very friendly and understanding of my situation.
