They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. They restored faith in the industry after having been burned by a previous contractor who took our large deposit and only did a small amount of work before abandoning the job. Hindsight is 20/20, but I wish we would have chosen Ramirez from the beginning.

I used this company in the past and they did a good job…read more I recently had them come out for a quote and have reached out to them multiple times for an estimate. They have ignored my request even though they read the text messages. Disappointed that I cannot get a reply. The easiest part a company can control is just to respond to their customers. For this reason, I would say they are not a reliable company.

Terrible experience. Stay away…read more Started off OK, and I wanted to support these guys. Initially did good work, but something happened and they changed up in mid 2025. - Accepted payment for work not done, went no communication. Refused refund or to do the work and deliver the plants we paid for. - Enrolled us in autopay without permission. - Did not complete work agreed upon even after repeated conversations. - The quality of the mowing went downhill and their employee stopped bagging up clippings, leading to us having an embarrassing conversation with out HOA.

Hired this company to perform lawn maintenance and weeding. Work was inferior and they left grass clippings on lawn that turned brown! Was quoted one rate from Eli for the work, but I was charged more, and he refused me a refund. He auto-drafted my account without my permission for an invoice that included work that was not performed. Ghosted me. No communication. TERRIBLE COMPANY

We hired Billy Jones and his wife, Jamie Jones, co-owners of Rescue Grading & Landscaping, also known as Rescue Outdoor Living and Pinnacle Mountain Outdoor Solutions, to complete our backyard. Our yard was demolished and left unfinished. Almost 12 weeks later, the promised materials were never delivered, and Billy stopped showing up or answering our calls. An equipment rental company even came to our home looking for a machine they told us had been rented for our project but had not been paid for. We are now left with an unsafe, unusable backyard and will have to hire someone else to repair and complete the work. Please be extremely careful before hiring Billy Jones, Jamie Jones, or any of these companies. We have pictures, messages, payment records, and videos documenting our experience. We are sharing this because nobody else should be left in this situation.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Rescue Grading and Landscaping/Rescue Outdoor Living LLC/ Pinnacle Mountain Outdoor Solutions. Billy Jones, Jaime Stewart Jones and Allen Williams were the most unprofessional people we had ever worked with. Communication was horrible. They did not show up to work when they said they would. We are now left with a half built deck frame. They are all untrustworthy people. Do not make the same mistake we did by trusting that they will do a job they have been hired, contracted to do.

Just two guys arguing about how to handle the Christmas trees. Neither asked me if I needed help. I went looking for someone to help me, and found a cat. Eventually a woman appeared. Their selection of wreaths was very skimpy. I got two plain wreaths and was shocked they were $20 since they were nothing but branches on a cheap wire frame. I paid another $10 for a bow to attach. They had no kissing balls at all. My wreaths started to turn brown before Christmas even arrived. Very disappointed as I was trying to shop local/shop small business. I'll just go to Lowes next year for better selection and price.
