He removed a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and formal living room (which was never used), gutted an old shower area in the master bath and installed a new shower area, and built a new deck on the back of the house. We had an emergency water leak (that was not related to any of the work) and he and Rob spent a day running a new water line to the house for us.
