When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. He reattached the facia that was pulled away and also inspected the roof to see if there was any other damage but said everything else looked good. I can't speak highly enough of these folks as I've been a general contractor for 25 years and have dealt with some real characters in the past, but these guys are top shelf.
