We brought in a tuxedo bought somewhere else, and he didn't try and push a sale of one of his own. I don't want to suggest bringing in last minute work, but if you do need it - he's your guy. Rich (the master tailor), informed me of what kind of material I want and what stitching style is need. Second, after extensive research of the different fabric material, I was able to locate a very elegant and reasonable fabric, a referral that Rich , gave me. After hearing nothing for an entire month, I had to call the store myself just to find out what was going on. During that call, the staff seemed confused about my order. The person I spoke with apologized and acknowledged that the store had failed to send the invoice as promised. Despite their mistake and the lack of communication on their end, I was later told they would no longer work on my materials. This was completely unexpected and very disappointing, especially considering I had been patient throughout the entire process. What made the situation worse was the tone and lack of professionalism in the response I received when trying to address the issue. As a customer, I should not have to chase down basic information about an order that has been sitting with a business for a month. At this point, I have asked that my materials simply be returned in the same condition in which they were dropped off. I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this business be aware of the poor communication and lack of professionalism I experienced.
