The Sparkle Wash crew cleaned my siding/brick home on May 9th. The North side of the house siding…read morewas covered heavily in Algae, mildew, etc. They washed siding, brick and gutters. The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced. Arrived when promised. They noticed that I had missed closing a window and were quick to tell me before washing that side of the house. They did a beautiful job. There was minimal trampling of my flower garden (It's a large garden with very dense growth and would be impossible not to stomp a few cone flowers.) My car was parked close to the house, so to get the wash solution off the car, they washed my car! They also gave my patio a quick hit to wash the solution off. Great job! Ensured all splattered solution was cleaned off the unintended surfaces. Took a lot of care. Will use them again!

They responded SO QUICKLY & and were able to quote us right away. They came exactly when they said they would, & even communicated the day before. This kind of great service is definitely rare. 3 guys came and finished in a hour... AWESOMENESS! They gutted them by hand, blew them out, & took the bags of nastiness so we didn't have to deal with it. I would pay just about anything to not have to worry about my husband walk all over the roof, & when they left I actually felt guilty like I should have paid them more! *Awesome responsiveness *Awesome price *Awesome job done

The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! Their website claims that their mission is to "treat their customers and each other as family"... and based on what I have experienced thus far, they are living their mission!!! THANK YOU guys for an excellent job!!!

They contracted to cut the…read moregrass, maintain the mulch beds, trim the edges, pick up debris, remove leaves, prune bushes, overseed and aerate in the fall, activate and winterize my irrigation system. I also engaged them to install mulch and prep the beds as an added fee. They subcontract the irrigation services, and that company was very good, identifying where previously the system had damage that was not identified by my previous service company (extra fee for the repairs). They worked with me as well to adjust the watering setup to preserve new plantings. The GG's services were delivered like clockwork. They are very efficient and complete in all they do. When blowing debris for clean up, my wife was especially pleased that they blew leaves off of our back deck! That was a plus! Since I work from home, I was aware of their comings and goings and the work was always done well. When I had questions, the crew was very responsive to me and contacted the main office when there was some confusion about a schedule that was worked out very nicely. I see the cost of this service as very similar to and competitive with regular HOA costs for "full service" condo or townhouse subdivisions, but this is performed on my 1/4 acre lot. I find great value in this service from The Ground Guys and plan to renew my contract.
