First, E-Z Septic was the ONLY company able to provide emergency service, despite other "big name" companies that advertise 24/7 service but route your telephone call to an answering service and never follow up. Second, E-Z Septic was able to fit my home in the day I called - that's "true" emergency service. Third, the technician, Timothy, was an expert in his trade and ultimately left my home with working plumbing. I realize these unique and sometimes emergency services depend on the technician. So, if you encounter a problem, ask for "Timothy." He is terrific, as was the answering service/receptionist who actually took my call on the second ring!!

Michael provided photos of our crawl space and the current venting. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take. He explained that the $129. Fee would be deducted from our fees if we had the work done with them. We decided to replace the old line and reroute it for fire safety. Michael came out did the work. He was courteous and friendly explaining what he was doing. This company had excellent communication each step of the way. The work was done as contracted and we are extremely pleased with the result. I highly recommend them. They do HVAC cleanings, dryer vent cleaning and more.
