We had a water main break on a Saturday while out of town. A relative was able to shut off the water to the house until we were able to get home. Long story short, DH found USA Pipe Repair, a small family owned business, who was able to deliver a quote, get Miss Utility to come out and locate the underground lines, obtain the needed permit from the County and drill a new water pipe without tearing (trenches pipe repair!) up my yard and restore water service to my house all in the same day! The entire drilling process and reconnection of water took less than 2 hours! Amazing! We are delighted with their work and with commitment to restoring our water service as quickly as possible and without tearing up my yard and driveway to do it! They worked us into an already busy day to help us. You just do not get that kind of commitment from many companies.

The price was very reasonable for what they did. I will recommend them to anyone!!

If you want the short version: Flinn's Rooter Service is one of the best customer experiences I've…read moreever had with a service company and I don't hesitate in recommending them. If you want the long version keep reading... We had an amazing experience with Flinn's. They were recommended by another plumber due to the need of special equipment to unclog our main sewer line. We contacted them late in the day and were contacted right back and were able to set something up that night for the very next morning which we were thankful for. Jay came out and began looking at our problem and pointed out a water damage problem the clog had caused that we likely would not have noticed until it had done some pretty bad damage. Jay discovered what the problem was and while we had originally called for a main line clog, he let us know that the problem was likely more isolated which ended up saving us some money in the long run. We really appreciated that honesty versus charging us for work that didn't necessarily need to be performed. The very next day the owner reached out to me via text to see how the issue was going and told me to keep in touch about it. He followed up several times after that to make sure everything was okay and even answered a couple questions that I had. You just don't get that kind of customer service at most businesses anymore. We have full faith in Flinn's and will certainly use their services in the future if needed. Thank you Jay, Noah, and team!

We recently had what seemed like a clog so we had a plumber out and septic services and they found that our pipes were almost fully clogged with grease. We never dump grease down our drains but the owners before us did. When they opened up our septic there was only about 2 inches left inside the middle of our pipes for water to flow. The gentleman let us know that premier septic services should have said something in their report but there is nothing said. The gentleman also told us that it was worse than a professional kitchen. He stated there's no way that premier septic services didn't see this. We are out 1300 dollars because of them and they told us they can't do anything about it. Please think twice before using this company. And premier septic services do better!!! Don't be shady! Here's a picture to show how much grease was in our pipes
