We had this company come out to replace our hot water heater via a home warranty company. When we…read morefirst spoke to him on the phone he (the owner) was a bit abrasive. Owners son came out to verify it needed to be replaced and I felt better about the whole thing. However, that's where it went down hill. The warranty company approved all of it but per their contract wanted to purchase and send him a tank. No problem right? False. The home warranty company needed him to just call them and verify the part and shipping address so they could send it. Days go by. We call the owner and he says he hasn't heard from the warranty company. Call the warranty company. They have proof they have tried to call him and sent him emails. They haven't heard from him. And to top it off his voicemail box is full. My husband finally calls him to ask why he has not call them back because something isn't adding up. He won't even let my husband finish the question before he starts talking over top of him. After my husband asked him to stop speaking so he could finish he hung up on him. We will be replacing the heater ourselves at this point as it's been two weeks. Would not recommend this company.
