Dr. Soni had me come into the office, dealt with an infection and then in a couple weeks after he had cleared the infection he performed a root canal. I was given too many "root canal" tales and was very nervous about the procedure. No pain and learned that this dentist is gentle and checked with me to ensure I was not in pain and comfortable, As a dentist he seems so empathetic, caring and very knowledgeable. He makes recommendations and gives options. The care I received was kind, caring and extremely professional. I have not had a lot of luck with dentists over the years but at this point I believe I have FINALLY found my forever dentist. Several years ago my old bridge (done by some other dentist) started shaking, and she tried to remove and reattach it to save me time and money, and I thought it was kind and thoughtful of her. She tried 3 times in vane, and eventually she had to cut it and make a new one. Then I didn't doubt her skills, but now I suspect that that bridge could be removed and reattached. Read on. 2. In November 2023, my wife's tooth broke, and she tried to reattach it, but, after an hour of messing with it and leaving my wife in tears, she gave up. 3. My wife then got an implant and came back to Dr. Wascow for an implant crown, but her newly-installed crown was shaking, A NEW CROWN! It turned out the new crown was short and installed incorrectly. My wife went to a different dentist who removed the crown and made and installed a different one that fit perfectly well, like her own natural tooth. 4. Within a week after my wife broke her tooth, mine broke too, miraculous coincident. Dr. Wascow "kindly" reattached/glued it, but it broke within a week or so, so she tried again, but it fell off in a day or two, but what surprised me was that she charged me both times (even 2nd time for her unsuccessful attempt to try to correct her own mistake). I also got an implant, then went to the same dif. dentist who made my wife's crown, and he made me a new crown. WE NEVER WENT BACK TO DR. WASCOW.

Before I come here, yes there were cavity but don't hurt at all, after I got the filling, I started living in hell. The doctor here is incompetent and every time it just getting worse and worse. She did tell me I needed a cavity filled. And a crown on a tooth I have no issues with. I made the appointments. I went Wednesday to get the cavity drilled out and filled. The dentist has very poor bedside manner. I felt like I was a just am object attached to my mouth. I was unhappy by the time she was done. And again she mentioned the crown I need I the tooth with no issues. I go to the receptionist to pay $138 cash for what my insurance did not cover. I tell her I want to cancel the crown appointment. She in a threatening manner tells me "if you don't get it done you'll need a root canal"... How does she know? She's not a dentist. So annoyed by the time I got to my car. Friday ... Two days later...the filling fell out!!! I called the office at noon on Friday.No one answered the phone. I left a message. No call back. I called again about 3pm. Again no one picked up. Today is Saturday and still no one has contacted me. Luckily I have an appointment Tuesday with my hometown dentist that knows how to fill cavities. I won't be back to this place. She needs to go back to dentist school and learn how to build report with patients. As a kid I had to go to a government dentist and THAT was a better experience than coming to this place.
