I called a couple of times after that with a promise of a call back and no one ever reached out to me. I have been trying to get questions answered about a billing issue and no one seems to have answers. The woman I spoke to over the phone was no help, she couldn't even explain the charges or where my payments were going towards. Not to mention she was giving me so much attitude the entire time. I asked to speak to the dentist, and they once again told me I would receive a call back. No one has called... All they do is ignore me. I will no longer be bringing my child here, nor will I recommend to anyone who is in Laurel, MD.

The office was spacious and clean with plenty of room for kids to explore and feel comfortable. We were led to the back area and instructed what to do and what to expect. The dental hygienist cleaned our baby's two teeth and asked if we would like to add fluoride which we did. We met with the dentist, Dr. Camper, who was warm and answered any questions we had. We left with knowledge, next appointment and dental supplies for our baby.

I'm not telling other people not to come here but please be very aware I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I moved about 45 minutes away from Laurel Bowie Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry but had no intention of finding a new dentist like Dr. Clark, so I didn't. The hygienists were great and the dentist himself was very professional and friendly. He starts with a little chit chat then dives in, he never probed too much about personal life but does try to make you comfortable. My first time I went in for a routine cleaning and he could tell I had not gotten a cleaning in a couple of years. He didn't make me feel bad just reminded me that it was necessary, and he spent extra time to clean my teeth one by one to chip off all the excess plaque! By the end of it my teeth felt like they were made up of individual tooth, sooo clean! And they gave me a toothbrush, small travel toothpaste, and a small travel size floss set after each cleaning (score! replenishes my travel toiletry ;)). I really like him and I really like the office personnel. They seem to take all insurance. And they will do their best to see what the insurance does cover and let you know. They have never seem "too busy to help". Very friendly place. They are open a little late on Tuesdays to accommodate those that can't make their regular weekday hours, which is what I have to take advantage of. They are open Saturdays too but not Sunday. they are located right next to the lake at the bottom of the steps, I almost missed it the first time. Be sure to arrive just a tad early to fill in paperwork, they always make you do that too see if anything has changed. From my experience, they are usually on time, and I leave the office within an hour. I really like that they don't rush. I think I've found my dentist :)
