This is a much larger place than what you think it is as it's narrow but extends farther back which is deceiving on how many people they can have in the place. We were given menus with the specials listed in the front. Menu selections are small but enough that every one should be able to find something. We ordered the chicken strips with whiskey barbecue sauce and chips and the fish and chips. Service was very good with two servers working the room to make sure everyone was taken care of. Our door arrived nice and hot from the kitchen. There were 5 large pieces of nicely breaded chicken that at first glance looked like it was over fried but the chicken was very moist and tender. The breading had a little kick to it. The barbecue sauce was very flavorful, smoky flavor and it too had a little kick as well. The fish was well coated in a panko batter, fried very crispy but a little heavy. The fish was a large portion, very fresh and well seasoned. With the fish came a nice bowl of mushy peas and tartar sauce. Chips for both dishes were nice and crispy. Food was good, service was excellent, and the price was reasonable so a return trip will happen to try more of their dishes.
