We had lunch and dinner in the bar and of course, had a couple of Guinness and Smithwicks (which locals pronounce Smittics). The service was great and the food selection was good and the food was good. Great bar/restaurant inside the hotel, which by the way is a short walking distance from the Shannon airport.
