My pain was awful after the incident, so I reached out to Dr. Brad. I felt a huge improvement after my 1st adjustment. This morning I received my 12th adjustment and feel awesome. The pain is still there, but the spinal movement has improved greatly, plus I'm getting better sleep. Dr. Brad is a lifesaver and I have made a promise to myself to make time to get adjusted regularly regardless of my busy schedule

After leaving his office I now have major pain in my neck, shoulder and shoulder blades with shooting pain down my arm. I wish I had never gone here!! I went back for a second adjustment 2 days later because of how much pain I was in. Before he did anything he took me into his consult room and made me sign something saying that I agree to 8-16 weeks of treatment. I will never go back there again!! After the second adjustment where he didn't fully adjust me again I had severe pain!!

I have been 3 times and the pain in my lower back and shoulder have been cut in half in just 3 visits. I also was genuinely caught off guard when Dr. Kate spent 45 minutes with me in each appointment going over different things I can do at home to heal. She is NOT your typical Chiropractor of spending 10/15 minutes crack, pop, charge $, on your own for everything else. Highly recommend and will continue to see her just for maintenance once the pain is gone because feeling good is so so important.

I was in a lot of pain so this was the first place i reached out to when j got here. First, Paula, the receptionist is the sweetest person ever. You walk into this place and you immediately feel welcomed. She got me the first open appointment she had. She was with me every step of the process and made me super comfortable. Secondly, Dr. Carpenter was the BEST. He has awesome bedside manners and used the best technique and pressure to help me with my back/shoulder issues. After two times, i went from crying in back to being able to breathe again. I'm really appreciative of these two. This place was awesome and i HIGHLY recommend.

I arrived at 1319 and was told I had to be rescheduled as my "reporting" time was 1310. I asked if I could fill out the paperwork anyway and if the provider didn't have time to see me it would be done. A middle aged blonde lady angrily told me: "we do our part, you have to do yours". I replied that I didn't come for a lecture, but rather healthcare. I was then told to "get out", that I was very rude. I never raised my voice, nor said anything inflammatory. I asked her name and was again repeatedly told to "get out". I asked to speak with the manager, this was refused and was told very angrily to "get out". I am on Medicare and perhaps this is why I was treated so badly. I have no input as to the quality of care; only the front desk treatment I had to endure. I felt bad for the other staff and for the patients waiting. Needless to say I won't be going back, I can only hope for a more civil atmosphere.

When Brian says light touch, I was skeptical he did anything at all. I couldn't feel anything during the session, which in as much pain as I'm in, light touch is what I needed. We finished the session and asked if he could tell me I'd receive relief in at least 24 hours?! I was trying to hide my tears of disappointment and pain. He told me I responded well and hopefully should but no guarantee. I awoke this morning in pain still. But as the day has progressed, I feel only what I can describe as spiders running down my spine. NO LIES, I have almost full mobility back, I still feel my muscles reacting, I've been STUCK in my own skin for a week, I'd rather push another baby from my womb than be in the pain I've been. I am a believer, I am grateful, I am just so excited and in awe of this Light Touch approach to the chiropractic therapy. THANK YOU BRIAN! I'm sorry if I was rude when I left.

He assumed the toll it was taking on my body meant I wouldn't fight back. This is someone who is supposed to be a healer.
