Panicked, I went online and looked up blonde specialists, and Hair by Zoe came up immediately. The scheduling process was easy. You can book online, and yes, they are open on Monday! A rarity for any salon and so appreciated as I had to fix my hair before going out of town. I was anxious that Zoe would see my orange/purple hair and turn me away. Instead, she was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, personable. Zoe was so kind and empathetic with the process, even staying later than normal. Her disposition put me at ease. This is an upscale salon with professional stylist. However, there is one big problem. The…read morereception area has only high stool type chairs which are so uncomfortable and dangerous for people with disabilities. To make it worse, they added two round metal little stools. They need to have at least two comfortable chairs with arms so the person can use the arms to push themselves up out of the chairs. They clearly have no regard for people with disabilities. I won't be back.
