They decided it was enough and my medical need was taking too much money out of his settlement which was like 3/4 of the entire payment. He actually received more money from this situation than I did. Not to mention my car was totaled, I didn't even have enough to get another used one. Guess he figured cut his losses and on to the next sucker. The witnesses of the accident actually changed their story later on as well which he did not help with.
