I was mailed the disposition 13 days after the Court date with a notice that I had 10 days from disposition to pay the Court fine. Well 13 days had already passed and the letter was not clear about what the disposition was. So I called their office to get a clarification. I was just trying to find out whether the tickets were dismissed or not. It could have been a simple response ' no, they were not dismissed. I'm sorry the letter wasn't clear but you will have to pay fines and fees'. However, the staff specifically a young woman named Arcy was extremely rude and condescending. She kept interrupting me and raising her voice when I would try to ask her a question. When you pay for a service you expect to be treated with courtesy and dignity. The office personnel needs some serious customer service training. They are awful. The staff is reflective of the attorney. If they are dismissive of a paying client what makes you think the attorney will be attentive to your case? So I would not use them again and I would tell anyone reading this review not to either.
